GC: Takbo Para sa Guro

On September 23, 2018, the Gordon College had conducted a physical activity called "Takbo Para sa Guro" the celebration for the upcoming Teacher's Day Celebration in October. The Takbo Para sa Guro was organized by the Gordon College Faculty Association and with the participation of MAPEH Majors of Gordon College. Where in the 5K run Started at Gordon College Making a route of 5k with the finish line located also in Gordon College. The activity was registered and supported of students from different college departments of GC (CBA), College of Education, Arts and Sciences (CEAS), College of Computer Studies (CCS), College of Allied Health Studies (CAHS), College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM), Institute of Graduated Studies (IGS) , Senior High School Department (SHS), Faculties, Gordon College officials, and people inside and outside Gordon College.
                The assembly time was 5:30 AM, the College started the Zumba Warm-up for all the participants led by the Pase Ballo and some MAPEH Majors. Then the race starts at 6:30AM and ended at exactly around 7:00AM - 8:00AM followed by the awarding ceremony for the students and faculty to give them a Certificate of Recognition for the Top 10 fastest time participants. I’m very proudly to myself because I’m finish the Fun Run almost 20minutes. A Certificate of Participation was given by the assigned department of that event.



For my suggestions is they will improve their services like water stations, because some stations was lack of supply of water so we were disappointed that they could not expect if how many water that they need to provide for the students.

GC-CCS Student Orientation

GC-CCS Student Orientation - September 3, 2018         On this day, the General Orientation of the CCS Students was held at Gordon College Function Hall 3rd floor. There was two separate orientation, 9am for the freshmen students and 3pm for the old students. The orientation was begun through the gordon college vision, mission and goals presented by Dr. Darwin P. Paguio.
